I
am homeless.
Never
anticipated that.
Being
homeless is about not having a place to live. To have no structure to
return to at the end of the day. It is being without the familiar.
The cozy.
It
is being home-less.
There
is something vital missing.
It
is uncomfortable.
It
is good.
Being
homeless constrains me to find shelter in other places.
The
Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who
trust in Him. Nahum 1:7
He
who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of
the Almighty. Psalm 91:1
He
is the familiar. He is the vital. He is the comfort that I seek.
He
is the structure I can return to.
I
may be homeless, but I still have a refuge.
