Here is truth, when you are flying in an unknown place and all you can see are clouds swirling around you. That's all. Clouds. You are blind to all else. And you wonder, how do you find your way? In the midst of all this?
The Pilot. He knows.
That is the truth that I can rest in.
I trusted that pilot of the plane to steer us through those clouds, to bring us to safety. I barely thought of it, when we traveled through that dense place. I rested in his knowledge, his insight. Though I was blind, he was not.
I am holding that picture close to my heart today as my Ruth faces surgery for colon cancer. I can't see the way ahead. I am surrounded by dense uncertainties and wonder how do we find our way?
It's the Pilot. He knows.
That is what I am clinging to today.
The Pilot. Knows.
"But He knows the way I take. " Job 23:10
